We only accept cash, hard money, and private money. If not, we do have a few private/hard money lenders that we can recommend.
We are real estate investors/wholesalers who have the property under contract with the owner.
We are open to a JV on this deal. We just ask that you add your fee onto the existing price and market that new price to your buyers.
We don't split commissions and we don't receive a commission.
We would always encourage you to view the walkthrough videos which will give you a better idea of the current condition of the units.
